Hospitality, open heart, very friendly staff
Waiter at the restaurant. He doesn't speak English anyway & don't understand what You're asking him. I suppose it's not normal for hotel within the center next door

A good location. Only a short walk or bike ride from the central area. Decent parking area for about 20 cars. Very near to a 24 hour Family Mart store. Shared swimming pool. Friendly helpful staff.
Rooms could do with minor repairs and a coat of paint. The breakfast is very basic, but the omelette is delicious.

This hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It offers good value for money, with basic amenities and friendly staff. The rooms may not be exactly like the pictures, but they're clean and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay.
Breakfast could use some improvement, with limited choices and some cold dishes.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Pattaya. The location was perfect, very close to walking street and the beach. Being able to easily explore the area was a huge plus. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary appliances, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to relax on. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch, with a very efficient cleaning service. The breakfast provided had a good variety of choices, making it a great start to the day.
The hotel could improve on the variety of television channels.

Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a balcony and various appliances, made my stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was conveniently situated near the beach road and within walking distance to the vibrant walking street.

The hotel had very spacious and clean rooms, perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The swimming pool was also a great attraction, providing a refreshing break from the hot weather. the hotel's location was strategic and very easily accessible from different areas of the city, making it a convenient choice for any traveler.
The breakfast options were limited and quite expensive compared to other nearby restaurants. , the hotel was quite a walk away from the beach and major tourist attractions, which made it slightly inconvenient for those who prefer to be in the heart of the action.

Near to all touring places, this place offers comfortable rooms with good cleaning service and reasonable breakfast. the swimming pool is shared by other condos, but it's okay if you don't mind paying a small fee. the location is convenient, with a walking distance to the beach & walking street.
Some staff members' behavior towards guests needs improvement.

We had a fantastic time staying near the vibrant party areas of Pattaya. It was convenient to have a short walk to Night Market, Walking Street, and Food Street. Plus, the affordable prices made it even better. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast options and enjoyed the view from our balcony. the hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and Wifi access.
Some customers were inconsiderate about noise at night.

The hotel was spacious with a big pool that was great for swimming. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was good, close to the city center where we could find many restaurants to enjoy local food. Plus, we were offered a delicious breakfast buffet every morning.
The room had old furniture that needed renewing, and the bathrooms were not clean enough. The bed sheets had stains that hadn't been cleaned properly. The hotel was far away from the beach, and there were no slippers provided in the room. Although we enjoyed the breakfast, the menu options did not vary much. On the whole, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, it was not good enough for the price.
